Summer is ending and I haven't been able to get to the torch. Too many problems with neighbors and life in general. Long days with little rest due to rude neighbors. (Do they think I'm deaf, or what!)
My dear cat, Gracie, has just been diagnosed with diabetes and we are still in the learning curve. Fortunately, she is a sweet soul and tolerates her shots very well. I pray that this will work out for all of us and that we make the adjustment.
Good luck to all the kids starting school. It's starting really early this year, but most of the kids I hang out with are happy to get back to a routine and their school friends. At least they say that now. Once school starts, they will be counting the days until next summer!
Stop doing wrong, learn to do right!

Happy Memorial Day! Although we hate the act of war and conflict, we can be grateful that we live in the United States, where, thanks to all of the generations of military personnel, we can live in a free, democratic society.
God Bless the Veterans!
For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. 2 Corinthians 10:3

Kids raising kids.......neighbors disrespecting neighbors.....what do you do about it? I've tried talking, praying, (and begging) and it will soon be time to call the authorities. Something that I hate to do, but may have to in order to have some privacy and respect within my own home and on my property.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.

Just finished a lampwork bracelet to be donated to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life silent auction in April. I hadn't been able to torch for many months (almost 10) for health and various other reasons, and it was wonderful to return to the flame. A picture is on my Gallery page.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
